To foster the growth of competitive junior golf in Canada

To provide junior golfers - even those who cannot afford instruction or equipment - with quality coaching, and top notch competition

To expand the opportunities for instruction, through CJGA Golf Schools

To familiarize junior golfers with the professional golf environment, through the CJGA Junior Tour with its multi-day events, and through mentoring with professional tour players

To provide competitive venues for youth and young adults.

To set up a resource center to assist junior golfers in obtaining golf scholarships to university or college.

To promote junior competition at the international level. The top juniors from the CJGA Junior Tour will have opportunity to travel to international junior events and top juniors from around the world will compete in CJGA events

To develop Inter-provincial, National and International competition amongst junior golfers
