2011 Mizuno All Canadian Award Application
Each year the Canadian Junior Golf Association (CJGA) and Mizuno Canada recognizes one male and one female junior golfer from across Canada in recognition of their golfing, academic, and community achievements.
All junior golfers are encouraged to apply for this prestigious award by filling out the application form and submitting a brief essay, a high school transcript, and a list of community involvement. The application deadline is Dec 31st of the current year.
Winners of this prestigious award will be granted All-Canadian status and will receive a set of custom Mizuno irons of their choice as well as a Mizuno Golf Bag from Mizuno Canada.
Past winners of the Mizuno All Canadian Award have gone on to talented collegiate and professional careers.
