If you work with a golf coach decide early in the off-season what work you want to get done and make a plan for how to get it done. The off-season can also be a great time to work on the basics or learn a new shot shape. Improve Your Process The winter can also be a great time to improve your mind. Dream Not to be overlooked the off-season is a wonderful time to reflect on the year that was. During the season it’s easy to get caught up in the daily results, which can often sway your feelings towards your goals and what you think you’re capable of. |
