Calgary, AB (August 19, 2009) – “I am overjoyed with the results,” stated Chris Harries, manager of the Trinidad & Tobago team. That was a common feeling among all of the members of the visiting team as the Canadian Junior Golf Association (CJGA) conducted the first round of the 5th annual Stephen Ames Cup, presented by RBC at Canyon Meadows Golf & Country Club. The two sides competed in fourball matches, with five matches taking place and a total of five points available. The determined side from Trinidad & Tobago emerged with the lead after capturing four out of the available five points.
