CJGA Announces 2010 Team PUMA



The Canadian Junior Golf Association (CJGA) in partnership with PUMA Golf is proud to announce the names of the three juniors who have been selected as members of Team PUMA.   Brett Geiser, 16, of Markham, ON, Derek Field, 18, of Calgary, AB, and Eric Flockhart, 17, of Mississauga, ON - were all named to the Team PUMA squad.  Juniors were required to submit a video application highlighting their own golf style, music interests, and why they were a good fit for the team.  These three junior golfers will be outfitted head to toe in the newest PUMA Golf product and recognized on the CJGA website as a member of Team PUMA 2010.

Below, is a brief excerpt from each of the winning contestants:

Brett Geiser, 16, Markham, ON
-"To be on Team PUMA you need 4 things: 1) you got have golf skills, 2) you got to be academically achieved, 3) you got to have fashion sense - you got to look good, and 4) Brett Geiser, that’s me."

Derek Field, 18, Calgary,AB
-"I believe that if you look good, you feel good. And if you feel good, you’re going to play well!"

Eric Flockhart, 16, Mississauga, ON -
"I believe that I have a very unique fashion style. I think that it’s important to stand out on the golf course but still look smart and distinguished at the same time.  I am personally a big fan of traditional but fun golf apparel."
