Val-Des-Lacs, QC (June 9, 2017) – The Canadian Junior Golf Association is set to host another David Hearn Junior Series presented by Kia tournament this weekend at the beautiful Val-Des-Lacs Golf Club in Quebec. This is the fourth event on the CJGA schedule in the Ottawa/Quebec region, but the first David Hearn Junior Series tournament.
Val Des Lacs Club de Golf was designed by renowned Canadian architect Howard Watson. The course is a classic parkland style course that is known in the area for his pristine conditions and traditional feel. The golf course features rolling fairways that are accented by lakes, valleys and hills that are defined by mature trees.
Weather forecasts predict a good weekend for golf in Quebec. With low winds, temperatures hovering around 22 degrees and mainly sunny skies, juniors should be prepared for good scoring conditions.
